Mouth breathing, possibly sleep apnea?

I'm 15, and I do breathr on my nose, but I've been breathing through my mouth when I sleep for as long as I could remember. I do get dry mouth when I wake up, my mom complains about bad breathe sometimes. I can sleep with ease, but I got really anxious about sleep apnea. I don't know if I have it but I i really felt anxious while trying to sleep, like my thoughts seems to drift and I get a really weird feeling as if I am gasping. Could this be from anxiety? I'm a hypochondriac. Sometimes I over react and I feel like I'm having symptoms. I sleep on the sides, maybe I must've tilted a bit and blocked my mouth? And also, I haven't got any asthma attacks for years now.
