Post-op Tympanoplasty questions.

Hello!
I had a tympanoplasty done on June 12th.
Today I had my packing removed. My hearing is on lets say 80% of what it used to be before the surgery,

However I am experiencing other issues now. I tried to speak with my surgeon but he kicked me out of his office and he did not address any of my questions.

What concerns me at the moment is that even I can hear, I am experiencing something like constantly opened eustachian tube. Every time I swallow, yawn or chew, i hear cracking noises in my ear. Also when I yawn, I hear my own breath in my ear and also when I speak, I'm somehow hearing my own voice in my head, just like it is resonating in it. I was told that I had a minor infection today and I was prescribed ear drops.

What I experience , is it normal and is it going to go away and when? I've read about people with that condition called "Patulous Eustachian Tube" and I am a bit worried about it...
