Pressure in my Head, no Pain, but Pressure

What can cause this to happen? It's not all the time or at any specific time of day or after any specific event. Randomly, I get this intense feeling of pressure in my head, as if my head is being filled with too much water. It feels like my brain is pressing very hard on the inside of my skull.. also during these "spasms" my hearing is affected. Like if I am listening to TV or I step outside and hear a car go by, I can hear "pulsing" in the sound as if I am putting my hands over my ears breifly and taking them off. I have not seen a doc yet, I don't have insurance. This has been going on for about a year or so now.

I've been told all my life that I need dental insurance because otherwise it costs far too much for even a cleaning.  Had a tooth ache that got worse and worse and one day i just could not stand it anymore!!  I was expecting $500-1000 bill for extracting a tooth and more for the x-ray's and ect... Total came to $100.  I was lucky enough to have had that available, but had I not then I would have asked about payments.

Basically what I'm saying is, you might be surprised at how ~cheap~ the service is.  I'd get checked, as long as this is not an emergency such as extreme pain from a tooth, then you have the time to ask about prices and possible payment plans.  Plus, I'd take care of it before it ends up costing far too much.

I had a similar experience with head pressure.  It turned out that The drugs I was taking (carvedilol, lisinopril, simvastatin) don't work well when taken simultaneously.  Once I spread these out everything was fine.  Are you taking any new drugs?
