If the following doesn't help then I suggest seeing a Neurologist who will check your problem. The exercise below takes time to be effective so don't expect it to help right away.

Hi there.  I had vertigo due to an inner ear issue which was dysfunction with my Eustachian tube.  I was told that I most likely had a virus that caused swelling in my inner ear which lead to this.  I suffered this for several months and it was a nightmare.  When the vertigo would hit, I'd be in bed, not able to move, vomiting if I did, intense nausea.  Basically good for nothing!  And I'm the mom of two kids so this was unacceptable.  My primary care doctor sent me to an ENT>  I was taught to do something called reverse ear pops.  This is how you do it, hold your nose and blow.  Your ears will pop.  Do it over and over.  Then you have to gulp to feel 'normal' again after each one like you do on an airplane.  I did this many times a day.  My issue went away.

Now, I DID this under the direction of an ear nose and throat doctor.  My suggestion is to see your doctor or this specialty.  They can do rehabilitation exercises to get things back to normal (which the ear pops are an example of).  So, please see your doctor for a referral to an ENT as I think this could make a huge difference.  good luck
