nose sore

i have a bump in almost in the middle of my nose  ,its very sore when i touch it. do i need to see a doctor, or is it something that goes away,how can i get rid of it?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Nothing serious it's most probably a pimple. You could apply warm compress and for pain relief you can use OTC  Tylenol (acetaminophen). The other causes could be due to fungal infection or bacterial infection.  You may need to consult your primary care physician who will examine you and initiate appropriate therapy.

for  the past 2 months i am getting painful nose sores on and off...
went to dr , he said its allergy as m patient of chronic sinusitis...he has given me antibiotics cream ointment to apply on that .
but to be honest i dont apply much...coz of 3 little kids,cnt get  time for me....so mostly  they go away within 4  to 5 days..
if u concerend go to dr,,they maybe give u antibiotic  cream.
