Bubble inside the back of my nostril.
I got accidentally hit on the nose a few weeks ago and had pain, but it went away. I just now noticed there is a big red squishy bubble inside the back of my right nostril where I got hit. It doesn't hurt anymore but it's blocking my airway and I'm getting pretty worried about the big red thing back there..

It could be a polyp or sometimes it could be due to a deviated nasal septum. Severe nasal congestion could also appear bright red. Sinus infection can also cause drainage into the nose and congestion. Chronic allergies too, can produce this effect. To find a cure you need to consult your primary care physician for proper assessment. In the meantime take OTC antihistamines for relief from your symptoms.
