Ear infection??

I had a blocked ear last week. i asked my gp about it and he said he can see wax. so he gave me softner. but after 2 days my ear started to hurt ALOT. i went to the gp again and he sent me to see an ENT specialist. i didn't get to see one but i saw a doctor who said my ear canal is inflamed so he gave me antibiotics. I took them for 5 days and the pain got worse, and my jawline under the infected ear is swollen and it's hurting right underneath my ear in my neck etc. so i went to an urgent care centre he said he can see it's inflamed but i need to put drops in as well as take ANOTHER set of antibiotics. It's the second day and i tell you now there is still NO improvement. I'm taking naproxen for the pain and I am STILL in pain ALOT. i feel like its just getting worse rather than better. the pressure is making that side of my face very heavy. I'm also 8 weeks pregnant. i don't want to keep taking so many medications if they're not helping. what do i do?? :( i'm really fed up now
