Coma after nasal barrier adjustment

Hi doctor,
My cousin had a surgery to adjust the barrier of the nose. After she got out of the operation, she is in a coma for 7 days. We performed MRI on the brain and here is the result

We are very confused and worried because we don't understand what happened during such a simple surgery to affect the brain !!! Also what are the treatment options to rescue her from the coma
