3 things with my mouth

Months ago (can't remember how much) I noticed a small round thing attached to my uvula and thought I'd wait to see if it changes or goes away. Put it's still there and hasn't changed in size, color or anything. What could it be and should I have it checked out and by whom.

Now, I;m pretty sure I must have irritated my palate with eating something as it happens once in a while when eating hard things. But I have a huge section that is irritated and eating swallowing is painful. I tried rinsing with salt water but it only helped for a little bit. What can I do to help it heal?

While surveing the irritation I noticed tonight a red spot next to the irritation. Is this cause with the salt water or is it something else. I suffer from anxiety and this is really worrying me but I'm also scared to get help for what could be told.

Hi,

Get evaluated by your GP first and then take a referral to ENT specialist if he is not able to diagnose and treat you.

Hi,

It is difficult to comment about the first problem, its needs a proper examination. Second and third one appears to be similar problems, probably aphthous ulcers (stress ulcers).

Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, avoid fizzy drinks, avoid smoking, perform relaxation exercises to relieve your anxiety and try taking vitamins this helps in faster healing of the ulcers.
