Ear ache 5 weeks strange sensation

Hi there
I have had an ongoing problem with my right ear. I had the flu real bad and woke up one morning with horrendous ear ache, so I went to doctors they gave me amoxicillin. This eased the pain then I got tinnitus and pressure feeling. I went back to doctors and they said ear drum was retracted and gave me nasal spray. I also started getting crunching sounds when chewing and doctor said this was mucus build up and to keep chewing this went away but I do hear crackling if I chew hard and my Eustachian tube opens up. Again this didn’t do anything, I went to doctors again and they said I have Eustachian tube dysfunction, they referred me to ENT at hospital. They said my hearing was fine and pressure was fine and I didn’t have ENT and said it was the ear infection clearing up.
I went to doctors again and they said I didn’t have ear infection! Anyway it’s been nearly 6 weeks and I have deep ache in my ear and pressure feeling comes and goes. Any ideas what this could be? I am desperate for help.

Thanks
Mark
