10 years ago I had a jaw surgery. The last few years I had pain in my face, which I thought from my teeth, but never find any problem with them. Finally I got a new dentist, who took an x-ray, and seen that my sinuses are full. I went to the ENT doctor, took medication for 6 weeks, but did not help, so I had a sinus surgery, + the doctor took all the screws and plate out from the left jaw, because he said one of them was sticking in the sinus, that was caused the pain. That happened in October, but last month, I started to feel a hard "ball" in my left face (sinus?). I can feel it from outside of my face, and inside the gums are swollen. Some days are really bad, swollen from outside too. It’s painful for pressure, even for touch. Is anybody knows what that could be? Thank you
