Vertigo! Please help!

Hi there,  I am suffering from Vertigo and was wondering if anyone has experienced this and has any recommendations on how to handle it "naturally".  I had my first Vertigo attack almost a year ago and had been to numerous doctors/neurologists/ENT's and they keep telling me that I have benign positional vertigo. Since then, I have been suffering with this on and off. Some ENTs have performed the Epley maneuver on me, and that helped for a little while, but then the vertigo comes right back.  I am not able to lie down in bed or turn certain ways or tilt my head during the day and must be very careful b/c my balance is off most of the times.  I asked the doctors if my vertigo could be related to allergies as I feel post nasal drip in my throat and ears.. But, they keep saying that it has nothing to do with allergies!! I hope someone can give me some advice as to where to turn to relieve these symptoms.  Thanks for your help!
