Help Halitosis coming from nose and mouth

Hey i have a big problem here.It start with a little Halitosis and Now it is power and come from nose too.I goes to dentist and nothing wrong,do candida test 2times and nothing.I also do an EGD and i have just a little reflux.The smell is power and the people can smell it from a lot of m.I try to do a diet to drink a lot of water but nothing work.On my tongue i also have something like small hairs yellow wich dont go away when i clean it.My doctor said that is nothing wrong with me then when i leave him i see the reaction of people to me and my friends also tell me that is a fecal odor.I cant feel the taste of food good and i also have congestion nasal (a little)

It can be many things. You mentioned acid reflux and sinus issues? These both are common causes of bad breath and has nothing to do with oral hygiene. You will probably find relief with taking medication for the reflux and a nasal spray to clean your sinuses. Check for tonsil stones as well - sinus issues can cause them and they're notorious for causing far reaching halitosis.

But in any case, you should consult an ENT if it persists.
