Help sir im so scared ... Breathing Problemss !!!

Hi Sir I'am 15 Years old .. i experiencing difficulty in breathing and likes something in my Stomach like a air . when im standing its easy to breath . when i'm sleeping i can sleep . but the problem is when i lay right and left its a little harder , i have a recurrent colds .. and tonsil stones ..and mild fever .and i have a 5 Lump in my throat like sitting in my adams apple  .. but theres no pain .. I Think im ok but im so paranoid because somebody told me that it can go to my whole body and brain ..... im so scared please help me about this . what is the treatment for this sir were poor we dont have money . so i need to finish my studies ... is it possible to finish my studies ?? Pleaseee Help meee .. Thank you can you tell me what disease I Experiencing .. and give some treatment THANKS ..

ANd Sir I Didnt Experiencing Difficulty in Breathing .. When We Go to Doctor i just have a tonsil stones ..and colds.. but when she prescribe me Nasal Spray my recurrent colds starts ... every 1 day i have 4 times to expel mucus in my nose ... Please Help me sirr ... i Really scared in the air of my Stomach ..

I'm glad to hear you saw a doctor.  When you used the nasal spray, did it help you breathe better?  It is common to have trouble breathing with a cold when you lay down at night.  It happens to almost everyone.

sir i dont have fever .. and we went to doctor and they said just gargle gargle .. and they prescribe me a Nasal Spray But its too Expensive so we stop it .. and my colds starts....
but i think im ok but i really scared ... is it too dangerous is it urgent sir ??

Hi!  Is it possible for you to see a doctor?  We cannot diagnose you over the internet. You need to have a doctor take a look at you.  What is your temperature (fever)?  And how many days have you had a fever?
