I dont know what I have! Really strange symptoms

I am not sure if this is the right place to post but I would guess so.
Now I will post here what my symptoms are:

Sudden onset of Fatigue(sometimes its extreme)
General feeling of fatigue/weekeness
Headaches, all over , sometimes in my nose and eyes are, and on top of my head, pressure like and sometimes it feels almost like burning.
Brain feels like in fog
feeling of spaced out , like im there but not there.
Not being able to concentrate
Diziness, specialy when I change the position from sitting to standing huh its bad!
tingling and twiching of muscles when i exercise usually and sometimes without too, they dont last for long though usually minutes
Neausea in the morning and loss of apetite, usually after 5 pm i get the apetite back
Burning feet if i stay sitting for too long! Not when i get up
__________________________

I also get anxiety and panic attacks which leads to depressin (but these ones I now know for sure why they are there) I know its nothing psycological, its because everytime I feel sudden onset of fatigue I panic so much, I feel like Im dying or something, I know stupid but at least now I know and I will work on the direction to manage them better because I know there is something physically wrong here....

I also did CT scan and my sinus membranes were apperently swallown and I have deviated septum.
Now why I posted in this forum is because I know this all could be connected to ear too, and my ears feel blocked all the time and sometimes really hurt a lot in the morning!

I am wondering if anynone had simmilar symptoms and how did they manage or fixed the problem!?

Cheers

Hey sirJoseph,
Do not stay nervous, You do not know the future and never can, If u think about it all the time u will scare urself to death by thinking the worst, pls dont, its useless. Because the future might just be good, then u just suffered for nothing!
That is my attitude now really.
Its very annoying and debilitating that I cant function properly but I know that 1 day I will and this will be fixed, wether that is next week, next month or next year , I dont care I will keep going.
I just made an ENT specialist appointment, and lets see where we go .
I will keep everyone posted!
Good luck to all

i have similar symptoms. dizziness, sudden fatigue and drowsiness. depression. pretty intense anxiety. i get panic attacks too often. anxiety causes some strange symptoms, and sinus problems cause strange symptoms that seem unrelated. when people think sinus infections they think pain, discharge, foul smell, congestion. but ive been coming to this forum for a couple years now and it seems like along with symptoms like that, people also bring up dizziness, fatigue, drowsiness, tingling. it almost seems like there is a whole other set of consistent symptoms that go along with it and doctors arent familiar with those or else they just dont see how they could be related to a sinus problem so they get stumped. my dizziness has led to some bad panic attacks because i just dont know exactly what is wrong. ive been diagnosed with rhinitis and the doctor said that could lead to dizziness and other symptoms but until they decide to give me an mri or ct scan to see whats going on in my body, im gonna stay nervous. good luck.

Please go see a doctor or call someone, you need to go to the hospital.  I had that and I ended up in the hospital.  I would guess from what I read that you are going thru a lot. Depression, Depression it's killing us all.  Go to the doc please.

I am not saying probably, but your symptoms could possibly be a result of a sinus infection, and if it is, it could possibly be a fungal infection, invasive or non-invasive.  Doctors still don't know that much about the subject, so don't get impatient with them (even some ENT's have chronic sinus problems).  Perhaps ask for a fungus test.
