Need opthalmology knowledge

Its been 2 weeks since i got an external otitis. Right now its gone due to impacted serumen but i started experience popping in my left ear whenever i gulp, swallow or yawn. Also my left nose is also clogged. And im experiencing a sore throat which is hurting on the left side of my throat. Right now i have a fever. What should i do? Is this eutachian tube dysfunction? Please help :(
