Not sure next step - in a loop

So.  I had a stuffy nose - congestion about 5 weeks ago.   I over did it with afrin and DayQuil I think.   Nose was really dry. It didn’t really get much better so I went to a minute clinic and they gave me Amox.  I am 4 days in.  My headache is better but my nose burns - I got some saline spray today and it made it burn more.   Do I leave it alone - keep using the saline spray - start up with DayQuil.

Just want to feel normal.  This is making me tired out
