Plz help , Constant Runny Nose Sneezing and Nasal Irritation

My life is hell as of now from the last 1 year , really hope someone can give me some professional advice as i cant really afford a doctor visit ATM.

Symptoms : Runny Nose , sneezing , from 5-15 times consecutively, nasal irritation usually in the flesh separating the left and right nostril. Sometimes it start as soon as i wake up in the morning, sometimes it starts randomly anytime of the day. It lasts from 2-6 hours. After which it sort of subdues.

Duration: From last 1 year ,occurs around 2-4 days a week

Observations : I have noticed it generally occurs on days  i don't get enough sleep. Sometimes sleeping for a few hours also solves the problem , i go to sleep i wake up perfectly normal. Sometimes it seems it happens after a smoke or two . Sometimes it seems having a smoke eases it a little. Breathing through the mouth stops the sneezing although the nasal irritation and runny nose continue.

About me : Im a 22 year old male , a smoke 0-3  cigarettes a day , and i have been smoking pot regularly for the last 2 years. My alcohol consumption is very low , generally  once in 2-3 months.

Previous Solutions : I was  prescribed a nasal spray around 8 months back which i used for around 2-3 weeks . It would solve the problem temporarily but it was particularly nasty. The liquid would run down my nostril to my throat and burn everything on the way leaving a stinging pain and aftertaste that would last for hours , longer than the nasal irritation. It was horrible and i wouldn't prescribe it to my worst enemy.

PS: On a  by-note , i  don't know if its  related by i have been suffering a sort of pain/discomfiture in my the lower part of my lungs since the last 6 months , which is definitely due to the pot and gets worse/better with it . It also gives a stab of shooting pain on turning hard/twisting/lying on the side/certain position etc.

Go to doctor.  It's also possible to be allergic to pot.

With the lung pain, you MUST see a doctor.  That can be very serious, especially for a smoker - cancer is the most obvious consideration, but something along the line of pneumonia would be more likely at your age..  You should also try to stop smoking as well.

I have other thoughts, but you really need to see a doctor.
