Swelling hyboid bone area

On the upper right side of my throat, the hyoid bone area, I have occassional swelling. Sometimes, the right side of my face will tingle with it and ear pain. Is this hyoid bone syndrome?

I can't really agree this is your hyoid bone. I would recommend you getting imaging done and an assessment by an ENT Specialist to sort this out.
