Throat muscle spasms since 16 months

Hello, I am Shivayani from India. I am suffering with following problems which changed my life in very bad way. I have consulted about 60 doctors in India and spent 3 Lacks for correct diagnosis. Here I am requesting you to guide me for it. I am 28 years old computer science post graduate female followed with post graduate diploma in wine technology and fermentation preparing for civil services. here my story is,
I am suffering with muscle spasms in throat with bad ear pain and dizziness. All it started on 2nd Feb 2011. My both ear are paining, I here tuning fork sound, sometimes I felt like somebody is biting drum inside my ear. my dizziness increases if i try to concentrate.same happens on reading even i read a single line. I am also having continuous pain in right side of throat near right ear and it increased on eating. day by day these pain went on increasing and in addition my neck started paining.its very difficult to move my neck in any direction and on movement throat muscle spasm and clicking in ear is observed. my both hands also started tingling and pins. i cant write more than two lines as it starts bad tingling below right shoulder. my jaws and teeth also started paining. my face, lips and throat are continuously swelling. If i speak for more than 10 minutes the lips started tingling. if i raise my right hand my neck is pulled to left side and went into spasm for 2-3 minutes.
In my district my case was treated as hypothyroid, hashimoto ,hyper parathyroid  and which all were wrong diagnosis. Then homeopathic doctor said its vascular problem as my x-ray shown extra cervical ribs at c7. but then the vascular surgeon said its not as the EMG,NCS  are normal. i have done CT SCAN and MRI twice which are normal. X-RAYS which i done 6 times shown extra ribs and bifid 3rd right side rib. all blood tests are normal only ACE is high but doctor said its not relevant of my problem. during this bad journey one radiologist told me about ear tumor and today i read about it so i joined here and posting this. i am requesting all those who will read my post to give me advice and i will be in forever debt of them. My career is stopped and a bad turn in life so please help.

Thanks mam, I have done EMG test twice and it was normal. I have also done CPK test it was also normal. Doctors are sure that its not muscle related disorder.  One of my CT SCAN REPORT shows CALCIFIC FOCUS IN RIGHT SIDE PARAPHARYNGEAL REGION and i am having continuous pain in this region since January 2011. i searched with this sentence on google and got information about inner ear tumor. One radiologist from POONA HOSPITAlL told me that if there is problem in ossicles(three tiny bones) then this things happen and it is evaluated by BERA. I request you if possible, if you get time then please guide me about this.
thanks again.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

I understand what you are going through. If there is a problem with the muscles, it should show up in the EMG. But sometimes inflammatory muscular disorders may need a muscle biopsy. Myasthenia gravis is a neuromuscular disease in which symptoms include eye weakness, facial expression weakness, and difficulty swallowing. Your symptoms could also be due to this disorder, but here there is weakness of the muscles. This is diagnosed by an edrophonium test. Check with your doctor to rule out this disorder.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

hello mam, thanks a lot for your reply. I just returned to home from consultation with VERY EXPERIENCED ENT SURGEON IN MY CITY AND READ YOUR REPLY. (I am from Nashik,Maharashtra) This doctor didn't listen me, only his assistant checked my previous report and checked outer ear only;then said its otalgia and other symptoms are due to mental tension.
Mam I swear I am not lying. India's one of the best neurophysician Dr. Satish Khadilkar told me its not neurological as well as psychological. Now I am suffering too much. One thing I mistaken in my post is that its not muscle spasm in my throat its clicking and twithing. Will you post me your clinic address I am ready to come at your side.
Again many many thanks for your reply. I am waiting for your next reply.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The cause could be an inner ear problem with your symptoms of tinnitus, dizziness and pain. It could be due to Meniere’s disease, which  is a condition in which there is an excess of fluid in the inner ear. The excess fluid disturbs the ear’s balance and hearing mechanisms and causes tinnitus, dizziness and deafness. Medications such as Valium and Compazine are prescribed to decrease the severity of the symptoms. If max medical therapy fails then surgical therapy like labyrinthectomy, vestibular nerve section and endolymphatic sac procedures are done.

Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
