Have you consulted an Endocronologist?  If not, I suggest you do.
I have at least one cyst and 4 or 5 nodules on my thyroid and she watches them and I have had 4 biopsies done, benign.  My TSH tests are mostly in the normal ranges.
I go to a great dictir in Radiology here fir these biopsies and they are next to painless, maybe a little sore afterwards.
Good idea to see a specialist.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
A detailed medical evaluation is important for determining the correct cause of your symptoms. Fluid-filled cavities or cysts in the thyroid most commonly result from degenerating thyroid adenomas. Cysts are usually benign, but they occasionally contain malignant solid components. It is suggested to discuss your concerns with your attending doctor. He may suggest the appropriate treatment plan for your condition. Hope it helps.
Take care and regards!
