Cloudy Vision, Lightheaded, dizzy, weakness

Hi I have had cloudy vision, lightheaded and  I feel 'Drunk like' all the time. a stiff neck.Sometimes weakness and dizziness, minor headaches..Help Me its been 6 months now ..  Should I push for another MRI? They did one but all it shows is some sinusitis problems and they said this shouldn't cause vision problems..but i am getting surgery for it..But im scared they missed something on my MRI that may be the real answer..? Please write back to me..Could they have missed it.

I have have symptoms too and have been diagnosed with 'chronic inflammatory sinus disease'. This has been going on for years with me, especially face pain and the worst is the balance thing like you've had too many drinks. It's awful. It does wax and wain and when it's bad I have trouble concentrating and my eyesight gets blurry - it just seems like too much trouble to try to concentrate and focus properly. Feel heavy and tired. Also get disorientated with moving things like watching the river flowing and then looking back at the land and it seems like that's moving too. Was in TV store and they had a lot of TVs on the same channel with a lot of action and I really got out of balance and confused -had to ge t out of there. It' connected with the sinus business and all I have been able to do is flush my sinuses with saline spray (sniff it up) each day, and sometimes use Sinex medicated spray but not too often. Stemetil works for a couple of hours with the balance. It is scary and frustrating but it hasn't killed me yet and I'm now 66. Had it since I was about 45.

I too have these symptoms.  My ENT thinks that it is sinus related.  I just had a septoplasty on Thursday so we will see if that helps, if not I am going in for the actual sinus surgery.
My weakness is more of my arms get really heavy and weak.  I feel off balanced alot.  Do you have this?  My vision is different, its hard to explain, but kinda like I can't focus on stuff.
