I have been experiencing a sore dry throat for the las 2.5 months no fever or sinus problem, just some light itchines, ihave done std blood test about 7 time thinkin could be hiv, but all test are negative, now im starting to notice on the wall of my throat just behind of my uvula theres a bump half a size of m&m candy kinda whitish color and bony, when i eat some how soreness its mild, after a while soreness its back, tryed antibiotics, now im on  omeprozole for gerd, with no result please if someone has or had this symptoms share it, I'm starting to think its something mayor, feels like im dying,  again share your advice or experince.

I don't sleep with my mouth open,  I've tryed teas and nothing seems to help, it wakes me up during my sleep and lower part or the throat where my tongue starts on my right side it feels very sticky and dry, my tounge its coated white, please help, and thank for sharing your knowledge
