Excessive nose picking changed nose cartilage
Hi,
I got OCD from picking my nose. One day I was picking at the top of the nose ( inside nostril) and I was digging really hard as there was this hard mucus. And then boom this tiny little sound happened, after wards I could see the side of my nose much clearer. It's changed the nose tip and has no support little crease. What can I do? I can't afford cosmetic rhinoplasty !
