please I need help here

since 40 days I ve had lighthead,,dizzy,,,not a problem in the balnce nut when I do move my head when I drink a bottle of water or wave my head I can feel that am dizzy at that moment,,I can drive and walk but still feel my head light,,esp when I talk to ppl I got the same symptom too,,I have no hearing lose at all,I did CT scan,thyroid,CBC (MCH was low 22) ,fasting suger,VDRL,kideny and liver function test,ESR,all of those test shows am normal person,,but the problem I still feel dizzy,I have no fever at all just if someone thinks I do have infection,,I took Xray for the cervical spine and to the sinuses all of that was normal too,,,

so plz there is anythin else I need to do just to know what wrong with me,,any possibilities for canser investigation I need to hit,,,
I will really appreciate uor help

Sorry, I missed your sinus comment....so...in this case, you would need to visit a neurologist or take more in depth measures of thyroid function....good luck.

I have had the same only also with double vision, no one could figure out what it could be...it could well be sinusitis, as it appears to be in my case, therefore I would have that checked out.
