could sinus be cause of BO?

I have tried so many things for this body odor. from exercising daily to hopefully sweat out toxins to scrubbing and soaping several times each shower and even clinical strength antiperspirants said to last minimum 5 days dont cover up one bit of this body odor, neither does lemon or natural deodorants such as dr mist. I was wondering if my post nasal drip could be the cause of it as ever since I got PND  the BO started/worsened. I know many may say it's a diet or hormonal change issue but this happens only at my chest n up(head etc) area. however much my underarms sweat they don't stink. me being paranoid, tbis sinus sometimes gives me difficulty breathing due to the urge to keep swalling saliva/mucus. if my sinus is the cause, what can I do?
