Sore throat almost 3 weeks feeling really well

Hi, recently I found that the right side of my throat under my jaw is a little sore sort of like a bump. I found it because one day I simply woke up and I was having trouble to eat, although during the rest of the day I had absolutely no trouble. I waited a few days and it was still there so I visited the college doctor and she told me it was fine and I should take Zyrtec. Now it's been almost 1 week since i went to the doctor  and it's still there, I don't feel bad at all, although sometimes I feel like I'm going to be sick but it then goes away. Other than this I feel perfectly fine which is why I'm a little scared since everything feels normal other than the feeling like if I'm going to get sick but nothing happens. Any thoughts? Should I be worried? I can't stop being distracted by it. Could it be anxiety?
