vibration in my ear everytime i hear noise,

4 years ago i started having a vibration in my right ear. Everything i hear, my ear drum vibrates. 12 years ago i was diagnosed  with cholesteatoma, ive always had ear issues but this has had such a huge impact not only on me but on my family. i cant listen to anyone or anything with out this vibration and at one point i wanted to commit suicide. my life has changed completely. I cant enjoy music anymore, tv has to be down low, my smile has gone. My  family have been great but its soul destroying, ive seen ENT but they dont investigate it, just keep saying its down to cholesteatoma, which is rubbish, ive been searching to find someone that suffers like me or someone that can give me answers. I hope someone can x
