Ok thanks this all seems to make sence to me now
Hi,
It is a myth, yogurt causes vomiting. Usually during fever, an individual hates any food given to him. The reason being, change in the hormones of the body when the temperature inside the body increases. The beneficial bacteria in some active yogurt cultures help prevent cold and fever. It is always wise to take boiled or steamed vegetables, vegetable soup, honey and yogurt as these are easy to digest.

ok thanks thats just the right feedback i need!
That's just some people's opinion. What works for them may or may not work for you, but there is no objective reason to avoid it. When you're sick you should try to keep yourself hydrated first and then keep your nutrition going as best as you can second. If that means yogurt, great. If that means something else, so be it. If you're nauseated and feel like vomiting, don't eat until you feel better. Just use your good judgment.
