eggs

You know guys I have always been partial to a nice dish of eggs and we all went through the time when we were scared to eat them as our Cholesterol levels shot up if we even looked at one, well now those times have changed, I make  scrambled UK style.... eggs A La American ..but I am just not too good at Omeletting ,they seem to lie flat and heavy on the plate , so any ideas for that best Fluffy, Light , melt in your mouth Omellette...

ooohh goodness cream cheese I would never have thought of that the Dh is going to make them at the weekend ,I have sprinkled parmeasan and grated cheese but never cream cheese. The milk I have tried and it is still a bit heavy .Pips biscuit idea is another I have not tried.Tell you what guys I have always liked boiled eggs and when I was little,not that long ago,  before we knew that runny eggs were bad for one ,I used to dip 'soldiers 'in the runny egg ,sat in an egg cup. Ha Ha not me sat in the egg cup, the eggy......

I make a scrambled egg omelet.  I will chop up the items I want (minumum for me is onions), saute them and once tender add the beaten eggs along with a couple of spoonfuls of cream cheese.  I love what the cream cheese does for it.

Good morning!

I love eggs, though I eat them only once or twice a week.  Luckily its not because of cholesterol concerns, but because I like such a wide variety of foods...

One thing I've done to get the eggs a bit lighter in texture is to let them come to room temperature before cracking, separate them, whisk the yolks and whites before folding them back together.

I've also added in a little bit (1/2 t per egg) of one of the complete biscuit mixes when scrambling them whole.
