Bulimia Bruise Help

Hi. I am 16 and 5'2". I weigh 100 pounds rite now. I have had an eating disorder for a year now. Atfirst i was anorexic, and i weight 95 pounds. Then i became  bulimic, and i generally eat alot alot of food then throw it all up.

Everyday, its like a routine tat i just have to do.

But my point is, since ive been bulimic, ive put lots of pressure onto my stomach, and there is this huge bruise. This bruise has been on me for 5-6 months now. Im really scared tat it mite not go away. Please, can anyone help me? I really really want to get rid of this bruise.

Please forgive me for sounding like an old fuddy duddy, but please try and stop doing this.  I know how hard it is to do; it took me three years and a good therapist.

I know how important it seems to be thin, but believe me, you can be thin without vomiting and much healthier, too.

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars saving my teeth.  The stomach acid eats the enamel off of them, and makes it easier to get cavities, gingivitis, gum recession, all that nasty stuff.

Please, take good care of yourself, and know that you are worth taking care of in a healthier way.

just quit doing it, dont push ur stomach to do that, and it will go away... i should not say this but try to drink diet coke or some soda b4 the food and in between (not too much tho) n that will help you to throw up

I used to stick my finger down my throat to throw up, but tat doesnt always work. So i do both. i use my fingers, and i push on my stomach so i can push the food back up again. recently. im trying very hard to recover, tehrefore i nolonger make myself gag. But i always throw up automatically by myself. but i cant throw up to much, and i have to push on my stomach. Im just really scared tat its gonna be a permanent bruise. I was hoping someone with the similar problem, mite be able to help me

I've never heard of someone doing this and it making them throw up. Does this work for anyone else? Most people use their gag reflex....

You don't put anything in your throat at all? You just have to push on your stomach? The only way to make your bruise go away is to stop doing this.
