first thing you need to do is take the word diet out of your vocabulary......... Eat healthy lots of fruits and veggies ...

watch the caffine and sugar
try small meals three four times a day try getting up too about 5 small meals...this will be VERY hard at first ......
try walking
if you have a biking (well depending on where you live :)
I use a workout tape she using weights ......
I weight 130 i have never looked healthier in my life ,it is such an improvement from my before recovery body........
