ok i have both of these and 1 of my symptoms is that i squinch up my nose while blowing air oit my nose real fast and hard all at the same time well i do this 100 to 200 times an hour for hours sometimes days and cant get myself to stop and it gives me real bad headachs i want to know is there any medication i can take to help me with this problem the doc i have talked with says the meds are worse than the tics for they can make the tics worse please respond i need relife
