I can tell you it is not an emotional eating issue. Your gp may be able to tell you more, but it would seem that it is an anatomical arrangement of where you small intestine is lying, and is probably totally normal.
how can i reduce it?eat less and exercise alot.can doing exercises reduce it.i also like eating baby carrots allmost all the time.have they contributed to that swelling.because my stomach used to be flat.but now its growing abit big below the umbrical cord. and when i press its hard.what is the cause of the hardness.
