Penis problem
I have noticed veins in penis & testicles are enlarged and head of penis is blue/gray all the time. Sensitivity in head of penis is almost nil. Could using a rubber band on the penis cause this ??
You are a doctor, right ? Maybe you can suggest what I can do. The doctor I went too last was at a loss for what to do. You think he would have come up with something. I'm really scared I might lose some parts here. It's getting worse

The rubber band was to keep an erection, and it was rock hard. (but not with a penis pump.)
