pain in groin area

i have pain in groin area from the last 5 years. i am through with every single urine and blood tests but nothing is there. also i have clear watery discharge from penis all day. it specially come out when i go for urine. also i through with ultrasound and everything.
the pain or irritation is in groin area and its goes in my left testicle . or it may be in my left testicle and going into my groin area.
also when i start medicine it moved to right side for a day or two but then again come back to left side. it only go to right side for a day ..in 6 7 months but always remains in left side. also i have frequent nightfalls 5-6 times in week sometimes more. and all these started 5 years back n since then the condition is same. dont know wat to do ..?

Hi R, This could be down to your pelvic floor being weak, try doing some kegels, its a simple exercise, for this google pegym and on there just look for kegels, and just stick to the program.

Yes your case is quite complicated. You will have to keep searching for dignosis from medical professionals.I hope some one who is aware of such problem help you.
