Blurred vision

I began having really blurred vision in my right eye (which used to have normal 20-20 vision) on Saturday, Aug. 13th. I had never noticed this before so I went to the optometrist, who then referred me to an opthamologist. He mentioned that there was inflammation of the eye and that there was fluid leaking into the eye and preventing me from seeing. My question is, how common is this in a 22 year old and would it affect a pregnancy.

i took a pregnancy test a the day before the tests were done and it was neg, so i didn't think I was. I took another one last night (about a week after the last one, and also about a week after i expected the start of my cycle) and it was positive.

"fluid" leaking into the eye?  you mean some kind of retinal leakage?  that is not common at all, especially in an otherwise healthy 22 year old.

unlikely to affect pregnancy at all.  but possible to be CAUSED by pregnancy.  did you tell the docs you were pregnant?
