there are PLENTY of glaucoma specialists in any major metro area. i guess birmingham or atlanta are the closest to you.
there is an optometry school in birmingham: "UAB COLLEGE OF OPTOMETRY". i know they could treat you or at least point you in the right direction. in atlanta, try the OMNI EYE CENTER.
