Most children with accommodative esotrophia are farsighted which is a smaller than normal eye and causes the optic nerve to be more elevated than normal or myopic eyes. So its likely its due to that and not glaucoma but discuss with your eye MD ophthalmologist.

My daughter is 8 and diagnosed with accomodative esotropia also optic nevre elevation vs physiological cupping. Is this child glaucoma?
You need to discuss this in more detail with your ophthalmologist. Juvenile glaucoma is uncommon. It could just be that she has a large physiological cup / disk ratio. Make a list of your questions for your next visit. There is no test that can absolutely tell if people will develop glaucoma in the future.
