really interesting new eye "surgery"

This was really interesting to me, and I hope to others. Since they mention that they are considering looking at how this technique could be adapted for retinas ... HOPE!

Thanks for the post. It is amazing what science can do. The use of stem cells will further aid the medical community. Hopefully, the patients in the report will have long-term success. There is always hope. :)

This is for a damaged cornea.  A corneal transplant has been able to repair corneal problems for at least 50 to 70 years.
