Blepharitis

I have a bad case of Blepharitis and my optician has prescribed Vigamox to be used for 7 days on my eye lids.  I am on the 4th day and I don't see a whole lot of change in my eyelids.  Is there something better than this?  I also go to an Opthamoligist and he prescribed a salve, which also didn't work.  I am putting hot compresses on everynight with a lid scrub (also not working.)  I would appreciate any help you could give me.  Thanks.

Use the search feature and archives and read the many posts about blepharitis. It is a chronic problem like dandruff or oily skin. One speaks of "control" not "cure"
