Blood vessels in eye

I had a brown freckle removed from the white of the eye for cosmetic reasons. I decided to go through with the surgery because all my life I avoided eye contact with people because the freckle was so ugly. The redness in my eye following surgery is calming down bit by bit, but what im wondering about is the blood vessels. Where she made the excision, there is a small thin line that's fading more and more every month. However what i'm wondering about is the blood vessels that appear to be feeling the thin line. My surgeon said they are feeding it in order for the eye to heal and produce new tissue. I wanted a 2nd opinion on this. Are these vessels popped up to heal my eye? When will they settle down? Is it possible they never do?

Also, the antibiotics she prescribed me are helping, but they blur my vision. She said this was normal. Will my vision be forever blurred because of the antibiotics, or will it become clear again after I stop using them?

Thanks so much for your time, i'd really appriciate your help!!

Also, is it ok if I wear eye makeup like eye liner that may touch the blood vessels in the eye?
