Blurred Vision right eye, Runny nose on right side, slight swelling in eyebrow

Hello everyone,

Over the past (nearly) 2 years, Ive been dealing with my eye irritation and some pain. Symptoms began with simply crusting of eyes and a little pressure around the eye. I thought it was allergies so I started taking antihistamine. I tried every H1/H2 antihistamine but this didnt help. I took guanfacine for my runny nose but that barely did anything. I went to see a primary doctor and he prescribed a nasal spray that would stop the nose from running and an antibiotic. None of which helped at all. I also tried different eye drops for allergies, redness, crusting and they did not help either. The only benefit to the eye drops was the improvement in my red eye going away.

During that time, the pressure in the eye got worse. My runny nose has remained the same, it has not gotten better or worse. I notice that it does leak more when i lean forward, like when Im doing the dishes or when Im going to tie my shoes. Also during that time, Ive started to feel (and notice just slightly) that the outer portion of my eye brow started to swell up. The same with my cheek, as I noticed it was a bit larger. The only thing that helped my symptoms, was closing my eye and pressing on it. I would have to apply a lot of force, just so it felt better for a couple minutes.

And now Im starting to deal with blurry vision in that eye. I thought the blurry vision was due to my pressing on my eye, so i worse a patch on a patch on the left eye for a few hours at a time and for several days and my vision remained blurry. Im at a point where I need to see a doctor but Im unsure what type of doctor to see.

Can anyone help shed some light on this? What could the issue possibly be? What type of doctor should I see? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks everyone
