Boniva cause of pappiloma conjunctiva

Thank you for your response.  I noted that for the last several months whenever I took Boniva  I had significant swelling under both eyes.  Thus, when this past Sunday, 5/23 I developed the papilloma on my left lower eyelid (center) which at first seemed to have a point on top & next day became more elongated I thought Boniva. I would appreciate any feedback as to cause & what possible treatment.  It, not very large & seems to be same size this first week.

Dr. Ray Oyakawa-- Thank you for your response.  I noted that for the last several months whenever I took Boniva  I had significant swelling swelling under both eyes. I wondered if this was due to the salt content of the Boniva, The swelling reduced in 24 hours. This has occured every time I have taken the Boniva, which is once monthly. Thus, when this past Sunday, 5/23 I developed the papilloma  (as diagnosed by my opthamalogist on the center of my left lower eyelid,  which at first seemed to have a point on top & next day became more elongated, I thought of Boniva as a possible cause. I would appreciate any feedback as to cause & what possible treatment.  It was not very large & seemed to remain the same size during the first week. It is now diminishing in size and I am hopeful it will vanish but I hesitate to continue on Boniva.
