Naphazoline with IOLs

I have used Clear Eyes (active ingredient Naphazoline) quite a bit before my lens replacement surgery, and stopped completely several weeks before I had my lens replacement surgery. I’m wondering if it’d be ok to now - 8 weeks post op - to use them only occasionally if/when really necessary (one drop in each eye every other day or so, at the most)…
