Severe cornea abrasion 2 weeks ago- still double vision ?

2 weeks ago today I woke up in severe pain in my left eye and was rushed to the ER. I had severely scratched my cornea and was given antibiotics and pain drops.... the pain and swelling is gone however I now have double vision in that eye and at night when I look at a light the middle is black. Have I scratched the lens?

The lens is inside the eye and cannot be scratched with a corneal abrasion. Most likely the abrasion is not healing well. I suggest you see ideally an ophthalmologist Eye MD or at least a non-MD optometrist for a "slit lamp exam"
