Chalazion Post-Op Question

Hi, I've attached a photo to aid in clarifying my questions, and I'd like to say thanks to anyone who takes the time to answer.  I'm hoping one of the physicians will respond, but anybody with experience would also be nice! :)

1.  I had a chalazion excised yesterday on my lower eyelid, and I'm wondering if the bruising is normal at the edge of the eye?

2.  When can I take a shower and not worry about the water running over/into my eye?  Can I play tennis at the moment?

3.  Last, and most important, you can see that I've held back my upper eyelid, and there is clearly something there.  About 10 days before the surgery on my lower eyelid, I had what I believe was another chalazion on my upper eyelid.  However, one day I was rubbing my eye, and the upper one "popped".  Of course, all sorts of white ooze came out and temporarily clouded my vision along with some small amount of blood.  What you're seeing right now in that upper eyelid is what was left over from that, and I just now found it.  Any opinions on what it is?

My follow-up visit to the opthamologist for the lower eyelid chalazion excision isn't for about two weeks.  I'm hoping one of the doctors on the forum can help me before then!  Thank you for your time.

1)  Normal, 2) Yes,  3) an internal hordeolum or chalazion).

You also probably have blepharitis and need treatment or you will continue to have recurrences.
