Continuous pulsating under my left eye

About a week ago, I started having twitching under my eye that would not stop, and it is noticeable to other people looking at my face. I thought it was the normal twitching you get from being tired, but this time it did not stop and I feel a pulsating when I put my finger over it.  It is only on the left side and I cannot even feel an artery in the same spot under my right eye.  I have researched a bit and have found answers ranging from possible bloodclots to stress levels to high blood pressure to nothing to worry about.  I know I do not have high blood pressure and am not overly stressed out.  It almost feels as if an artery has dislocated to this spot.  Wondering if it is something to worry about or if anyone knows what causes this?
