different eye pressure

hello im a 23 yr old female mother of 2 boys. i went for an eye exam and was told i have different pressure in my eyes 13 n 16 is this result bad?? am i at risk or does this mean glaucoma? am i too young ? there is no family history i have no diabeties i just need advise~!!!!!
