Seconds of blindess

Last night I woke up around 3 a.m from a nightmare and as I opened up my eyes and my eyes were completely blurred out and only see blurry sticky glowing in the stars light that were on the walls in my nieces room.  The glow in the dark stars were like 3ds that were so close to my eyes like I can literally grabbed it. It was the scariest thing I had experienced. I couldn't explain the fear that I went through, I literally thought I was going blind. I panicked for couple of seconds trying to adjust back to my normal vision. I kept closing and opening up my eyes and finally it went back to normal. This morning when I woke up, the inside of my eyes were very sore and had a major headache till now. My eyes were blurry on and off and very discomfort.  I feel very nausea since this morning. I want to know what it was exactly. I am a healthy person, but suffer from h.pylori and bad acid reflux. Other then that I have no other health problems. I have no health insurance, and I feel like it could be the symptoms of glaucoma? I remember a couple years back I went into the eye clinic and I got some x-rays done for my eyes. The doctor told me he just want to keep it just in case. I am terrified and looking for some answers.
